Apnea Academy freediving italy trophy GIA

This year as the last one there will be this italian freediving trophy that travel all over italy with indoor and outdoor competition.
This tour start in Rome on march the10th. My freediving team is getting ready with secret and incredible trainings sessions.

The points assigned depend on what speciality people do, monofin 1 meter 1 point, bifins 1 meter 1.2 point, no fins 1.3 point, also you have bonus if you don't use noiseclip or mask, just goggles, than if you dun use suit, and another bonus if you dun use weights or neckleweight.
I remind you that this Italy tour is somthing born to promote freediving and involve lot of amatour freedivers, infact, most of the prizes are for team, best female team, best male team, best female and male team.

Is this tour a pool tour, or does it also include depth disciplines?

It's a pool and depth tour, at the beginning of the year ofc is limited in pool but next stop it's in castellabate and is finally depth!!! This year we have 7 laps, 4 in pool and 3 of depth. For next year we're planniing to do 4 in pool and 4 depth.
