apnea training software

newbie need a help here plezz... my pc had to be formated n i cant find the link to download the apnea training manager in the forums.... dat app help me to get my PB 3 min as i only train for 2 week... im very fortunate as i can learn from all u guys.... kindda excited readng n watchng all those thread and videos...

Yes, for example all those that run in a browser. Including my own Apnea Training Manager

I use "Iapnea" it's a Free app.


If I'm at my computer I just use this site:
freediving : CO2/O2 tolerance tables

Just click on "GO-->" on any table you see and you're good to go!

I've downloaded it, haven't tried it yet but it looks simple and clear.
Will give a tiny review soon I hope!
