Is it possible to have any improvement in statics from dry dynamic training like apnea walking?
I mean do the gains from dynamic training transfer to static times?

Apnea walking is a good exercise. I can't see anything wrong with it unless you practice it on the way home during rush hour on the side of a busy road..... For me it's one of the most convenient ways to train.

i like to apnea walk forwards as well as to the sides and backwards. sometimes i'll do a sort of dance like if beyonce or whoever is saying "to the left to the left" i'll go left and left to the side without turning to face that way. many songs tell you which ways to go and some can be pretty extravagantly wild. i apnea dance also if they tell you to "hit the dance floor." quite a blast indeed.
