Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Great to see that freediving / apnea is getting such positive exposure in the UK and around the world by the BBC.

No doubt this is due to the strong community in the London area and Liverpool. Awesome work by Adam as well! Emma also gets good coverage!

In North America, we don't have the same interest by the media, although we do try to educate / inform.

BBC tends to do more research and go a little more in-depth, whereas in NA, it's all superficial and sound bites and a desire to sensationalize and turn it into an "extreme sport".

Keep up the great work in the UK!
