Finally I have found a solution that helps me avoid hood squeeze without picking holes in my suit or flooding it in the cold water.

I just put a piece of textile (for ex. a shoestring) around my head over my ears inside the suit. The textile shall be all the way out of the suit so it builds a very small air passage through the suit at the face. This way the water will be entering very very slow and you wont even notice it and no squeeze will occur.

Both me and my buddy use this method now with success.:)
