Hi!
At what depth should I be neutral
y buoyant if ,for example I dive to 40mt?
 
It depends if you use bifins or mono.

For mono, to 40m, I would be neutral at 8-10m. For good stiff carbon or fiber bifins, to 40m, neutral at 12-15m. For weak plastic bifins, to 40m, neutral at 17-20m.
