really??? so we are you heading? (which places?) Barcelona... ah... you can start on a Friday and not sleep til a sunday :friday :friday

Huan,
There are a couple of good shops in Girona (city) and Palamos, (1.5 hours) away from Barcelona if you have the time, and there's Subprof (www.subprof.com) also nearby where you could order something online and then pick it up here. While I'm thinking about it you could do the same with DeeperBlue's own scubastore, as it's also 1.5 hours away. Just depends if you have the time. If you do and feel like having a dive on the Costa Brava just contact me or Johnny and we could pick you up at the train staition.

Adrian

Thanks Guys!
Great info Adrian, unfortunately I suspect that I will be in no condition for diving on this trip;) shame really.

Sara I am not sure where we are going although I would hazard a guess that it would probably be a licensed establishment...
I will have a drink for you in UAE :)

Have a great time Huan! Ireland is just a hop away, so anytime you fancy a cheap flight just let me know.

I have visited DECATHLON (it is a French chain of sports stores present in Spain) in Barcelona (where I bought a submarine lamp and a submarine camera) and DECATHLON Girona where I bought a buoy (bigger than those sold by DECATHLON in Paris...)

DECATHLON is kind of gigantic sports supermarket... of course it is less specialized than dedicated scuba diving shops, but they offer items at some times incredible prices...

Not in the least... I am a very good client of theirs (one Decathlon just close to my office and another one on my way home...) in many different sports (roller skating, swimming, freediving,...)

Their ratio quality/price is astounding...
