I'm looking for some new bass/mullet recipes. The usual "stuff with herbs (esp. fennel & garlic) & lemon/lime & drizzle with olive oil" then grill or bake approach is always delicious but I really feel like doing something different (possibly using the BBQ, if it ever stops raining ).
