Belize

I have reservations to go to Belize over the New Year's holiday. I've heard that the reef is not well. Anyone have any recent experience there?

I've made 49 dives since April of this year at 28 different islands in the South Pacific. If anyone needs input on a specific location I'd be glad to share my experience. JSH

I have not been to Belize but was researching going there last year, the only thing than put us off this was the cost as apparently the petroleum prices are sky high. There are loads of websites though. The Blue hole looks amazing and if affordable worth going just to dive it!!
