I wear a Lycra suit so it naturally does not wanna stay in place the way neoprene does. It’s a rob Allen Lycra suit without a beaver tail. I cannot figure how people get their weights to stay put. I’ve tried 100 times but I am constantly battling it. I think the answer lies is belting around my ass which I have tried and it helps but it is not perfect… I can usually get one or two dives only without it moving.

Generally a simple strap that goes between the legs fastened at the front and back of the belt is used to keep it from sliding during descent. This will also allow the belt to be loose and not restrict the diaphragm.

It’s a rubber belt but the main problem is my 2 piece Lycra suit doesn’t really wanna stay put. I’ll play with it some more next session.
