Belt Stringer

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

STRINGER...What is the best way of attaching a stringer to the weight belt ?
If you have a picture, diagram or web site would appreciate it.
Hope to start my first spear trip next week thats when most of my eqipment will be delivered by Mr.posty.

You can attach it by using a loop around the belt or by carabiner to a weight retainer with a ring on it or even better buy that new Omer one designed for the job :)
Just remember not to use a wire cord if its attached to you, use mono or nylon ;)
 
I like the idea of having the stringer feed the fish straight onto the float line.
Anybody here use this technique? Is it possible to do this if your speargun is
attached to the line (e.g. with a long clip)?
