Anyone else beltch alot after underwater apnea? know why that happens??
Just curious, maybe bad technique, something to work on..............
 
Once i give a couple good ones, I'm normally good to go. I rarely pack so I'm not convinced that is what is causing it. I thought I heard once that it was the diagphram getting loosened up and ready to go, but not sure if that's fact or fiction.
