Beuchat Marlin Oceania 110

Looks like Beuchat has made a South African style railgun, at about half the current price of a Rob Allen railgun in the UK. Looks good.

The spear is a little thinner (7mm vs. 7.5 on RA Tuna 2x16mm), the mono is 1.8mm v. 2mm. But it has sharkfins v. notches. Is that a raised handle and reverse trigger mech? And loading butt.

I found a 28mm railed aluminium barrel to be overly thick (lots of lateral drag vs. 25mm unrailed carbon barrel) and very muzzle heavy on my old 90cm railgun.

If you want/need a more affordable but high spec. SA-style railgun, looks like it might be just the ticket. Yes, it would be interesting to hear from somebody who is already using one.
