I'm currently using bifins, but regularly use a dolphin kick. And I've noticed alot of people switching over. Are there advantages?

I just get a very efficient speed with my mono's. I have a set of competitor from finis with a very comfortable footpocket. I can swimm with my mono's for hours. The only limit is as to how long my quads can take it. I can do a 25m sprint in about 22.3sec with bi's and less than 20sec with my mono's. Find someone who has some, and see if you can try it. Don't be discouraged at the first few times. If you are a natural dolphin kicker, than you will get it very quick.
