OK I doooo NOT get it…

I not saying euro guns are better (as that’s rhetorical!!!:t) But I just do not understand something???

So why is there quite often a big piece of extra wood at the end of a big wood canon? All its doing is making it longer, harder to load and maneuver and its not getting length close to the fish as the handle is a quarter way down the gun.

Now Darl Wong I get as he puts the spear and rubbers rite to the end of the gun. Hybrid - Wongguns.com

But this gun does not….

It is a very beautiful gun and well made I do not mean any offence I JUST wanted to use it as an example I hope the owner does not mind.

Whoa man... You may want to be careful throwing toni's new gun under fire here!:blackeye In addition the the hip loading the extention makes for a point to help track the gun with your other hand. Most times a gun like this has to be moved with two hands.

You cant quite compare this gun to a hybrid or a euro gun. If your shooting a gun with this much power you need mass to counter the recoil. With out it you will break your hand.
