Blood coming off the ear after diving

After a shallow dive I felt pain on my ascent (very sharp pain).

My buddy checked for blood and suggested it might be reverse block and advised to stop diving and let it heal.

However just now I discovered blood coming off the ear and my ear become limited as for hearing ability (wall effect).

Should I visit A&E imminently or it can wait for normal doctor (GP)?

Sounds like a ruptured eardrum.
I'd say get to an Otologist / ENT as soon as possible.

It's good start with the antibiotics as soon as possible so it doesn't get worse.

I've got ruptured eardrum. I'm on antibiotics.

Lesson learned from this unpleasant experience:

If you suffered reverse squeeze - abort diving (which I did).

Avoid flying if possible for a while (I couldn't)

Do not try to correct situation by equalizing dry (which I did - this took me from state of reverse squeeze to ruptured eardrum and forced break from diving and training).

Lesson learned.
