With rod and reel, they kill them all the time , even the ones
who always practice release, they get tangled on the tail, or swallow
the bait/lure too much, and die, or even the purist, using the light line
for the big fish, kill them from exhaustion.
I think you guys dont realice how dificult is to just see a marlin underwater,
much more to shoot it and land it.
All the ones I take by rod and reel I let go, and dont get me wrong, I fully understand what you mean.
