hehehe we are trying to generalize dorada dust into a all purpose one :D Well I dont know how we are going to eat this one but i want to try the steaks on bbq. Shane told me alot about the taste of bonito on bbq but we could not make it yet.

Johnny i shot the fish by aguatto when we were trying the little bay area. I started crawling down the slope till i found a nice aspetto spot and at around 12m i met a nice rock to hide behind. There were a couple of small bass around and all of a sudden this came from right.. The water was 15C at the surface and possibly colder at the bottom.

Hiya

SIFU strikes again!!!!!!!!!!:D:D:D

Looks like you guys are having waaaaaaay too much fun over there!!:D:D:D

Soooo, when are you going to start selling some of that legendary dust??

Regards

Not that I'd want to deprive anyone of seared bonito with mango chutney, but my favorite for that species is sashimi! Raw bonito with assorted dips is absolutely the way. Shoot, I could eat that entire thing myself . . .

Memo,
It looks magnificent, you must have been thrilled to get that one!

Can anyone tilt the globe a little so that these fish can swim "down" to the Costa Brava? :)

Thank you guys :) I had a slice of it cooked plain in pan just after the hunt and man... it was DELICIOUS! Oldsarge, gimme the recepie! i really love raw fish :) (ask shane :D )
