I went to doctor aout my ear problem and he said that i have a Bony excrescence (i combined those two words from dictionary and i hope it's OK. Englesh is not my first language.)
so i'm wondering if that can hold the ari in my ear canals and don't allow them to leave while i'm diving???

Ask your doctor to describe them and to be specific on this point. Perhaps they are just slight swellings which don't disturb the flow of air, or maybe they do. I just had a medical check up and found that I also have them but they are not causing any problems. However I was advised by the doctor never to use any q-tips (the sticks with cotton at the ends) to clean my ears as they can cause the protuberances to get larger.

The bony growth in your ears is called Surfers Ear (if we are talking about the same thing) bony exostosis? I have this badly in both ears but in the right ear it is about 95% closed over apparently just the smallest gap left. It gives me no problems diving with equalising etc.. but the ear can become easily infected.
The best two ways of managing this problem (for surfers) are ear plugs and drying the ear with a alcohol based solution. Do a search on Surfers ear and theres aload of stuff. Mainly effects cold water divers.
