Hello everyone. I'm Gene and I'm absolutely new to freediving.
I'm looking for any advice, tips, techniques whatever that you have by way of training.
I'd also love to find people in the area that could help me with training.
As if now, I'm not doing any apnea training in the water for the simple reason that I have no partner
to over see things. Just dry land apnea tables and swim strokes in the pool (1 stroke/1 breath).
Feel free to contact me with anything.
Cheers!

Hi Stephan,
Thanks for the replay.
I'm in Farmington, CT USA. Trying to find a freediving group or club in the area. So far I haven't found much.
So, any help would be much appreciated. I'm planning on taking a course with PFI at some point (it'll be a while) but, I will still need a partner to work with here.
-Gene
