Greetings to all.
I was wondering what's the best method to desaturate your body of the excess cO2 that was accumulated and get enough oxygen after a long dive.
1. Start exhaling while ascending, a feet from the surface and continue to exhale until my head is out of the water, and then start breathing up ?
2. Ascend, and when and only when my head is out of the water exhale forcefully all air, then inhale, pause for a second or two, and then start breathe up ?
Thank you for your time.
Ps. Both methods breathe up takes 2x time of dive, to rest.
