Breathless Charm

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
That is the co2 building up, making you feel the need to breathe.

I got the feeling you have not got the basics of freediving down just yet. Have you done a freedining class? That could be real valuable to you to get the basics down and to understand the physics behing it all and to understand what is happening in your body as you dive, as well as basic freedive safety. Very neccesary! :) My best advice is, find a freediving class near you and attend it!
