Just to let you know that pool training on Tuesday nights in north Bristol (Winterbourne) is still happening. 8-10pm, £5 a head, we do Static and Dynamic and its a lovely warm, clean 26m pool.

Could do with a few more buddies so if you would like to come along in the New Year let me know

I will come and join you in the New Year, I know I keep saying I will come next week but when the Christmas madness is over I really will dedicate some time to training. Maybe if I make it a New Years resolution and post it here I will have to turn up!
