Hey guys,
Well it's my first post here after alot of research. I haven't even gone diving yet, but iv'e been getting all my equipment together and am very excited.

So iv'e pretty much got everything I need, but being a college student on a budget I purchased a Persistent Intro band gun (90cm) from amazon because it was cheap. I knew it wouldn't be the best, but again I don't have very much to spend and at the time I just wanted something that would work.

Anyways, I haven't used it yet but am already thinking of returning it because after all my research I decided i'd rather spend a bit more and get a decent used gun. Something like a Cressi Comanche or Omer Cayman would be ideal.

I'll mostly be diving in mission bay (san diego) but would like to keep my options open for longer range shooting, so anything from 85cm-110cm would be fine with me. I don't really care about the condition as long as price is more of a concern to me. I'd just like something more reliable and that I won't grow out of as quickly as the cheap Persistent gun I originally purchased.

If you've got anything you think would interest me, please let me know!

Thanks,
Colin
