Buying speargun from italy

Hi would like to know if there's any restrictions to bring in or issues buying spearguns from Italy?

Bringing in - no problems. I did that. Buying from - the issue might be with your customs if you live in a backward country. I bought many spearguns on internet and they were shipped to the USA with no problems and no customs fees.

You could also check the import regulations for sporting or fishing equipment on the UK government website, just to be sure nothing has changed since this thread was posted. Rules can vary depending on whether the speargun is shipped assembled or in parts, and some couriers may have their own restrictions.
