I used the monoflap for several months, including an extended Bahama trip. Good fin for mucking about. I found it better than a traditional mono for that purpose, but still not overall better than my bifins. The Dol-Fin is much better than the monoflap, better than bifins for me. I ended up getting an x18, prototype for the x20. It can do anything a traditional mono or bifins will do, very happy with it, and use it for most of my diving.
