C4 Mr dark combination advice

Hi I have C4 Mr dark 105 and on it 145cm 6,5 mm spear but need to change. In the shop there is 7 mm 140 or 150cm sigal. Previously my shooting target was higher for I don’t know which reason (6,5 ÖM?). What do you suggest me to do? Go on with 145cm 6,5 or shorter longer 7 mm?
