The E-mail can still be bogus, with a little bit of knowledge one can send e-mail from any domain name.

That might explain why I've been having dreams about skinny, grey aliens sneaking in my window trying to lure me out of the house with a lollypop.

That might also explain why I wake up with foundation makeup on certain parts of my body.
 
If you've still got the mail, send it to SpamCop (www.SpamCop.net) iincluding headers and see what their parser returns. If it returns an ISP that sounds legit for a governmental Web Site, chances are it is legit. If it returns something with a .cn or .ru extension, well, since when does the Swiss gov't have an ISP in China or Russia?
