Being new to UK spearfishing, how important is spearing in a Camo suit over a standard black suit ?

Camo suits

There is nothing wrong with camo suits. I think its probably hard to buy a black suit these days. I'm wearing black simply because my weird body needs a custom suit, and the company that makes my suits offers just black or green. If they offered camo I'd buy it simply so I could look cool too. 
Black is fine, reflects less light. Camo is nice and ironically more conspicuous when you are out of the water walking up the beach
