Yes. Post something at "Pistolerosdelmar". It is a mexican site. There are english speaking mexican spearos there.
If you are talking scuba, there are a couple of allright sites (sunken warship, underwater museum). Other than that it's pretty shallow and not a lot of reef. You will do much better in Cozumel.
