Hey all - I'm trying to find buddies to spear with when in Portugal for a couple weeks this summer. Anyone going to be in the Cascais/Lisbon area from 26 Aug-3 Sept or the Aljezur area from 3 Sept to 10 Sept? Also, any resources with updated regulations would be excellent.
