They are weights. One looks like a replacement barrel seal (guessing). If you take the grip off the handle, you can place a weight in there. If you take the muzzle off you can put weight in there. This allows you to balance the gun the way you prefer, to compensate for fresh or salt water, for a reel or no reel. That sort of thing.
Nice! Optional extra muzzle weights would be my guess - although usually it is extra buoyancy that is required at the muzzle that I've needed. HF2 has more voluminous barrel than normal though doesn't it:
Maybe the bit on the left is an alternative barrel seal and the bits on the right screw into that to provide an adjustable weight system inside the end of the barrel (most likely the muzzle end). Love the way Omer like to keep you guessing! (e.g. Their instructions don't include spear-line rigging information).
Alternatively, maybe something laying around the Omer workshop when the bin was full!
