Cetma DYN-tech fins and fin length choices for DYN

If anyone has tried the product, could you give give me some feedback.

I would like to know if anyone has dived into concrete results.
Considering soft/hard short/long combo, which is more suitable for normal fining technique (no dolphin kick, and with a cadence of kick,kick, little glide ,kick)

Are there other better choices for DYN, and if so what where the results?
