change waterway footpocket ?

Hi all, an ex finswimer gave me two ww monofins ! but, one has the blade broken and the other the footpocket is broken.. :waterwork :duh
The question is if anyone knows if the good footpocket can be changed so i could have a new monofin... :hmm

I know it can, don't know how. Try mailing waterway, they should be able to tell you the best method of getting off/on a foot pockent on their blade.
