hi guys,
my dad has recently bought a closed muzzel speargun (we used open muzzel before) and he has come across a quite unique problem, when he fires the gun the loop that is made by attaching the line to the shaft gets stuck in the top hole near the rubbers, does anyone know how to fix this?

I think I've run into this. The optional clear, closed- muzzle top- covers on my Omers are quite small. You may need to use a smaller loop and/or reshape the loop (e.g. using hot/warm water to soften it - assuming it is regular thermo-plastic monofilament), to make it long and thin.

I am assuming that you are using normal monofilament, between 1.5mm and 2mm diameter.

Thanks for you're replies Mr.X and Marco, we will try your advice with using hot water to soften it and if it will still be a problem then i'll attach some pictures.
