Hi everyone

I recently read here about dry static training using so called CO2/O2 tables... constant breath-up time, increasing holds and the other way round.
However - the description and the concept behind the tables were only mentioned very briefly.
Has anyone used tables like this? and
Is there a way to get more background information?

Thanks and have a nice day
