I was wondering how big the danger of co2 poisoning is in freediving. I know for those, who breath pure oxygen before static, it can become very dangerous. But in a normal freediving session, with repeated diving for 3-4 hours or long co2 tables, how big are the chances for co2 poisoning?
When I play uwr for a long time or go diving for 3-4 hours, I get a strong headache. Could this be related to co2 and a first stage of co2 poisoning? How dangerous could this be for me, especially in the long term?
I would really be happy, if you could answer some of my questions.
