hi all,

i've read in a number of posts people mentioning that you can use "a bunch of" different blades made by different manufacturers on sporasub fins. i have a pair of dessaults (h.dessault, the "classic"), and i'd like to try some softer and/or shorter blades with them. does anyone have any suggestions regarding which blades i could try? i've been reading a bunch of different posts, and digging around on the net, but i'm just not finding anything . . . . are manufacturers no longer making different blades for this fin? are people talking about a different sporasub fin (i.e., the Variant) when they say you can swap lots of different blades on sporasub fins? what the heck am i missing (besides the obvious ; )?

many thanks in advance for any help,

hawkeye

Specialfins, Waterways and C4s are carbon and/or composite blades that fit your Sporas as well as Omer longfins. There are others that I'm not familiar with. Waterways makes some very soft blades and Specialfins will customize to your taste.
