It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

I guess driver for Suunto cable was also installed.
1. go to set up and find link between virtual serial port and physic usb port (cable must connected, computer is not)
2. for communication your computer must be connected to the cable before starting of SDM.
