Hi

I want to work on my finning technique as I will be doing an AIDA course in the summer and want to be able to go down the line straight. There is nothing or no one in my area to help so I´ll be doing this solo. Can anyone tell me a video I can find on this with dry and wet exercises. I´ve read a few articles but I need something visual.

Thanks

A good dry exercise for abdominal and core strength and stamina are leg scissors, you lay on your back and move your legs up and down keeping your legs straight, that simple. Best practice is just to get in the sea and get used to your fins, good luck with everything and dive safe :)

Spend time in the water, and play. Details will be taught in the course.

If you have a chance to film yourself in some way, (buddy or fix a GoPro on the ground or a boe) that tells you a lot...
