Could anyone in Qatar/Doha help me about spearfishing?

Hello everyone ;
I will be in Qatar on 28th March and i want to dive for spearfishing. This will be my first visit to Qatar so if anyone in forum can help me , i will be very apriciate. I will have my spearguns and other gear with me, i just need a friend to dive together. I have never hunt a tuna, cobia or a wahoo these are my expectations. But hunting fish is not the most important thing for me , it is to dive together and meeting new friends. Thanks for help and dive safe...
