Newb help (really)

*edit*

Since no one will answer i will ask it different.

I can hold me breath for 4 mins no probs. My best is 5:35

Is this good for an untrained person?

* I have asked this different places, but i never get an answer. I'm not in a club, because there ain't none. So I can't ask anyone who knows this stuff. People i ask just think it's a really long time, so I guess it is *

Cod,

I think that your question is going unanswered because it's not the kind of question that can be answered definitively. If you are new to the sport, I'd say you are off to a great start and should be very happy with your breath-hold ability. If what you are really asking is,"how good is my breath hold time compared to everyone else", then check out the static PB thread.
