Hi, I need some advice about new fins. After a half year pool training (and soon aida**) with snorkel fins I want the Cressi gara 3000 ld for some open water adventure, not so deep, just between 5 or 15 m. Now I've seen the leaderfins ice middle and think about what is the better choice. Maybe after some time and higher level I can easy change the leaderfin blade. Which footpocket is more comfortable? Another point, the Cressi are just plastic fins, the leaderfins are fiberglass. What do you think is a better future interest :)

I've no experience with Leaderfins (as bi-fins), but I'm using the Cressi Gara 3000. Yes, they are plastic fins, but nontheless quite effective, c0mfortable and undestroyable. I can jump in from a rocky coast even when the sea is a bit rough. Some scratches on the fin but no further damage. Price is very reasonable.

Hi again, another question, I have seen your post here; did u buy the cressi or the leaderfins? I want to buy leaderfins ice too, would love some review if you did so.

at least I bought the Leaderfins carbon (half fiber, half carbon – because the hammerladen have this fin and the shipping is free). Great blade, but the footpocket is a way too soft on the sole, so I've often a cramp in the foot sole. I've heard the pathos footpocket with the Leaderfins is a great combi.
