Wanted Crosman 380 pneumatic speargun

Looking for help in regards to crosman a 380 rocket spearguns available in late 50s to early 60s. Fortunately and unfortunatly crosman hadms brought out there old 59s60s range of CO2 air rifles also. So the parts are identical in looks.i recieved permission from customs that speargun parts are not restricted imports. They have deemed the replacement handle I brought to replace the coroded and frame and siezed trigger mech claiming its a soft air rifle parts. I did request assistance confirmation and approval prior. The parts look identical to me.the replacement of handle is for aesthetics to hang my grandfathers spear guns on the wall for him. More pretty than use.am sure tge pneumatics are beyond repair.
Does anyone know for sure if the crosman 380 speargun series frame,trigger guard and hip are interchangeable from 50s and 60s?they look identicle.
