Cyrano or Sten ?

I am about to purchase either a Cyrano 700 or a Sten 70cm gun and was hoping to get a bit of feedback first.
I will be along the Mexican and Belize coast shooting close range, 2 to 4 feet, amongst rock and coral and in caves. I have heard complaints of the smaller diameter Cyrano shafts bending pretty easy. Anyone think the Sten with thicker shaft would be better for this.... (lots cheaper to buy).
I have a couple of band guns and I just want to try a pneumatic.

Buy the Sten, same handle as the Cyrano, but has a bigger air tank thanks to the standard nose cone instead of the Cyrano's long snout. At that range you do not need a Cyrano in my opinion.

Maybe next winter. I was last there in 1989 so I may not be able to go to the same spot because I hear the area has been built up alot. We camped just off the beach north of Tulum a few miles ,, right where an underground river empties into the ocean. You can swim into the river under a huge shelf rock formation into room-like caves .. lots of fish to check out and lots of light from holes in the shelf above. Back then there was no development at all for miles along the coast. Hope it hasn't changed much.
