))Great gloves!!! I had a pair for a few months now only for pool training during the winter months. They allow me to swim underwater for 20 meters on three arm strokes... try doing that without them. The only issue i've had with them is the clorine gets in between the webbing of the fingers and makes the gloves stick. After a few weeks i figured a bit of baby oil before every second or third swim session fixed the issue. Also if you've hit a plateau in the exercise department, the increase of water the webbing holds with each stroke creates more resistance which in turn will allow u to break out of that "plateau". I am a fan!
