I'm almost done reading "Deep" by james Nestor. As a newbie looking for information and a simple explanation of the bio science behind diving, while discovering the ocean marine life, i could not have been more blessed. Well written, full of interesting facts, depicted as a self adventure as much as reporting relevant info with tons of fun analogies and descriptions, this book is simply delightful and (for me) beyond helpful. I highly recommend. Please kindly share books or websites on freediving, you found great. On adventure or technique or personal stories, it doesn t matter. Thanks!

You will love it, Bill. Although you probably know a big amount of the information shared, the encounters with the different kind of freedivers and reading about what they are passionate about is just a little part of this book's awesomeness.
