This is the SECOND suit that she has filed.

THAT suit was tossed out on the grounds of being too ridiculous to believe..... rofl rofl

But if NASA changed a comet's orbit it actually changed the future, so I think the astrologist will have to proove the damage being caused to her/humanity by showing that this future is not as good as the unchanged one.
