diaphragm stretches

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
For those of us, ahem, packing-challenged :duh , here's an exercise I use.

1) In a kneeling position, exhale all the air in your lungs while moving your head towards your knees....you should have your head basically touching your knees with your lungs empty. If you cah reverse pack, do so...

2) Suck in your stomach as hard as you can, and then return to the upright kneeling position. You should feel a stretch in your stomach...

Hope that makes sense...
