I hope this post finds you all well. I wanted to share some insights and observations I've gathered over my 50 years of being involved in various water-related activities, including free-diving, spearfishing, SCUBA, and more. As a Marine Science Instructor, Captain, Surfer, Sailor, and South Florida professional lifeguard, I've had the privilege of experiencing the ocean in diverse ways.

Today, I'd love to initiate a discussion with the "intelligentsia" here on dry land physical enhancement post free-diving. There's a wealth of anecdotal knowledge and interesting observations I've accumulated, and I believe tapping into the collective wisdom of this community could lead to some valuable insights.
